Circus - Pan Asian, Cocktails & Cabaret

Run away with the Circus and have a dinner date with a twist (& a twirl, handstand & flip) in Covent Garden. I went to visit with a friend & this place is perfect for a date - like that 2008 movie without the Angus - black cod, thongs (on the dancers) & perfect snogging.

Circus currently have a Valentines menu (£75pp) and there is also a vegan menu - I loved the black cod & the cheesecake for dessert.

The shows are exciting & sexy and I certainly came away and thought I should work on my flexability.

What I wore - I felt I dressed appropriately for the vibe in a Topshop corset top, River Island jeans & Zara perspex heels & a Miss Selfridge fluffy clutch.

Night Jar - Speakesy style bar live music from 9.30pm in Shoreditch.

I think this is the perfect date spot as not only is it intimate, its low lit, romantic and exciting as the cocktails are all so creative and unique.

I went to this secret little spot with my friend and we enjoyed food off their 'chunky buddha menu' - steak sandwich, salt and pepper aubergine, prawn toast, crispy duck bao buns & loaded chunky fries - washed down with quality, wow factor cocktails and live jazz.

Book in advance - I have never been lucky enough to walk-in on the night.

What I wore - Zara Leather Leggings, River Island Black organza sleeve top & black zara Perspex heels.

Date Level - First +

Electric Cinema Portobello - London's luxurious cinema.

This has to be the most gorgeous cinema I've ever been to - old school, luxury style - featuring red comfortable seats and sofas with a bar & an option to order food.

Cosy up with a cashmere blanket, some snacks & a drink and watch that exciting new film you're dying to see.

What I wore - Asos knitted two piece and Gucci rython trainers.

Seabird - Beautiful restaurant on the fourteenth flour of The Hoxton's new Southwark hotel.

Book brunch/lunch/dinner here for a special occasion or to seriously impress your date & enjoy oysters, cocktails & amazing views over the city. The outside terrace (which reminded me of the Hightlight Room on top of LA's dream hotel) is gorgeous - this will be particularly perfect in the Spring/Summer months.

If you go for brunch they often have live music on the weekends - be sure to order the doughnuts for dessert.

What I Wore - I went in the morning - Black Zara Jeans, Black H&M long sleeve top & Balenciaga sock trainers - If I went during for lunch/evening I'd wear heels or a heeled boot with a nice blazer.

Date Level - 2nd +
